All four missing-ID requests render incomplete direct-debit cards instead of explaining that the requested record is absent. The order, rejects and statistics views show no order reference or date, amount 0,00 and receipts/.xml. The line view presents reference 999999, no order reference or date, amount 0,00 and ErrorBadValueForParamNotAString. No PHP warning is visible in the recorded browser. The demonstrated defect is the misleading card state, regardless of server-side warning visibility.

The processed shipment has already reduced Desk lamp stock from 20 to 15. Its ordinary deletion dialog initially leaves Increase stock on deletion unchecked and gives only a generic shipment-deletion confirmation, with no warning about the stock movement already generated. Explicitly choosing not to restore stock deletes the shipment while stock stays at 15; the -5 shipment movement remains but its visible Origin cell is empty. This demonstrates the missing consequence warning, not an incorrectly applied stock-restoration choice.

In physical-stock mode, Computer XP4523 remains listed with desired stock 200, alert level 150, physical stock 110, ordered quantity 100, and To order 0. Hovering the zero-valued quantity field yields no contextual explanation. The general page description explains the physical-stock listing threshold but not why this listed item needs no additional order. The quantities themselves are consistent; this is an explanation gap, not a calculation failure.

The current interface detail says Not Connected. Its complete four-entry Changelog includes creation, the connection update, and a related Cable Termination deletion, but no later interface update recording the disconnect. The latest interface-update detail shows cable changing from null to the now-deleted cable ID, with cable_end becoming A. This older connection entry is valid history; the defect is the missing subsequent disconnect record, not incorrect live connection state or corruption of the earlier event.

The report is not submitted and the dialog stays open at its lower scroll position, without a visible description-validation explanation. Manually scrolling upward subsequently reveals the warning asking for a description beneath the empty field.

The tab adopts link-like hover styling. Clicking keeps the same Code page, dropdown, active Branches tab, and main branch content; the retained Reproduction issue context additionally reports an added trailing # and focus on Filter branch. The unchanged active-tab content is normal; the misleading link semantics and empty-fragment navigation side effect are the defect. Browser chrome is not present in the replay video, so the URL observation relies on the retained Reproduction context, not visual confirmation in the video.

Clicking the Pres line pencil opens the line editor with Save and Cancel. Validate, Clone and Delete remain visibly enabled record-level links below the active editor. The replay establishes the conflicting action availability, but does not demonstrate discarded edits or execution of those commands. Only the intervention card was exercised.

The user card confirms the existing automatic silence before deletion. After the moderator deletes the post, the review is approved and its timeline shows post creation, spam flagging, deletion and approval, with actors and relative times. It omits the earlier automatic silence and its actor/time. The silence indicator remains. This confirms missing penalty provenance in the review history; it does not confirm the broader source claim that no current-state indication exists or that a moderator actually inferred the wrong cause.

Clicking Previous changes the counter to 40 / 40 and selects Waypoint 40. The workspace shifts upward, moving the header and toolbar out of view and leaving empty space below the canvas.

The 'New alert' modal's Email destination has an empty recipient field; 'Done' is disabled, but 'Send now' remains enabled.

The landscape card is initially open, but after the map moves its marker shifts left while the card remains near the center, visibly detached from the selected marker.

No PDF file is generated, but a download notification reports `Done!` and `Download completed`; the console warns `No dashboard content found #Dashboard-Parameters-And-Cards-Container`.

Reverse Tab from Close reaches Show context menu and then the outlined Meeting notes.txt filename. Enter produces no visible action: the document remains open and focus stays on the static filename.

Before leaving, Route note 05 is visible among the replies for Weekend walking plans 01. After Back, the stream instead shows Route notes 14 through 10 for Weekend walking plans 02, higher in the collection. The video remains at that displaced position after loading settles. The issue is lost reading position, rather than missing replies or incorrect topic navigation.

The baseline lists Administrators, All Users, Marketing, and Sales without distinguishing dashboard access. Marketing and Sales can be selected together, and All Users remains selected. After Sales is removed, no access warning is shown, but sending the invitation succeeds and creates the user with Marketing and All Users memberships.

The empty required Username input is immediately displayed with a red border and pale red inset shadow while unfocused, before any interaction with the Create new user fields. This was reproduced in Chromium on the historical baseline with the Origine theme.

Saving the star-trails cover reports Profile updated successfully, but closing and reopening Profile settings shows the previous black-sand cover.

The retained list continues to display Waiting throughout the observation. A separate diagnostic manual reload then displays Canceled for the same run, confirming that the list was stale after cancellation. The final screenshot is after that diagnostic reload; the preceding video shows the defect. This evidence concerns cancellation, not successful runner execution.

The selected 260 x 210 path's size badge below the bounding box contains only an "x" character; the numeric width and height are absent from the badge.

The toast becomes visually absent but remains as a transparent dialog over the header, so subsequent clicks on Features and Publish are intercepted and neither control opens.

Update remains enabled in all three invalid states: Old password empty with abc entered, Old password filled with abc entered, and Old password empty with a valid new password entered.

The two summary rows are removed, but the in-progress settings reset: Date becomes Choose field, Amount changes from Value to Posting, the date format changes from DD.MM.YYYY to YYYY-MM-DD, and Flip amount becomes unchecked. The three remaining rows then show Empty to Invalid dates and incorrect amounts around 3,000.

The Send email invitations form lists the recipient and loads the configured subject and message. Send invitations is available, but the form gives no warning about the unavailable configured attachment. The replay stops before sending; actual email delivery and the reminder flow are not established.

The identifier and title return to "EDIT-1 [EDIT-1:title] Prepare launch brief", but the description input still shows "[EDIT-2:desc] Summarize customer interviews and capture the key findings.", the description from EDIT-2.

Native HTML5 validation blocks submission, focuses Name, and says Please match the requested format. The dialog retains the entered values but does not explain that the initial digit is invalid or how to correct it.

Right-clicking the product name does not expose a link-specific open-in-new-tab action. Middle-clicking opens no new tab and instead navigates the existing catalogue tab to the Aurora Desk Lamp product editor.

Architecture review still rendered only the original user message after five seconds. The captured message.getMessages request returned 200 with all four messages, but the three newer messages did not appear.

At the captured endpoint, Email Address contains alex@example.com without an error, while Password contains the valid eleven-character value Kestrel!482 but still shows the minimum-eight-character error and invalid field styling. The password correction has not updated its validation feedback while the field remains focused.

After the visibility criterion is deleted, both Summary count badges display 0. The validation criterion inspected earlier was not edited or deleted, yet its badge also changes from 1 to 0. The recording demonstrates the unsaved editor state; it does not demonstrate persistence after saving or reloading.

The popup appears with the Website Variables values and edit icon, then disappears while the pointer crosses the gap before reaching the icon, leaving no edit popup or modal available.

The chooser closes and the Language field displays Ákán (Akan), its first selectable language, rather than the highlighted English choice. No provider is selected and Add is not activated.

After the session expires naturally and background reminders have polled, the old calendar remains visible without prompting the user to sign in again. Clicking the still-available Week link leaves the calendar area blank and changes its tab label to Unknown. The top-level navigation and Message Center remain visible, with no explanation that the session has expired or guidance on signing in.

The compatible collection renders model-only links inside the Module Bay Type attributes card. The two SFP-25G-SR-C entries have identical labels without manufacturer information, separated by SFP-25G-ZR. No collection sorting or pagination controls are shown. All 38 entries lengthen that card, pushing Tags, Comments, and Module Bays below the initial viewport while the right column remains empty. The list has a native profile/manufacturer/model ordering; it is not an unsorted list or proven ID ordering.

Comments appears in the personal selected-field list. In Global View, the ordinary Comments option is missing from the search results although it is not in the global selected-field list. Location comments and Comments on financial and administrative information are still offered; they are different fields and do not substitute for Comments.

On the original baseline, the Composer header accepts the click and shows an active ascending arrow, but the rows remain Clara Vale, Ada Rowan, Dorian Lake, and Bruno Reed in the original Title order. The UI acknowledges a Composer sort it has not applied.

The copied page keeps Right visible and active and Left collapsed, but the creator panel switches its Widget title to Left. The contextual settings panel therefore describes a different widget from the active one.

The Room 101 detail page shows Locations > Room 101 in its breadcrumb and only North Building in its Parent panel. Cedar Technologies is absent from the room page. Opening North Building reveals Cedar Technologies as its parent, and returning to Room 101 restores the same incomplete context. The list exposes immediate parents, so this finding concerns orientation on the detail page rather than absence of all hierarchy information throughout the app.

As the pointer leaves the editor to cross the gap, the drag handle disappears before the pointer reaches its prior position, so it cannot be grabbed.

Inspect mode shows a View Only banner while the pending rectangle remains visible and the header remains in Saving beyond the autosave interval. Returning through the dashboard and reopening the same file shows that the rectangle was not saved.

The proposal shows two Wrong or missing parameters messages after Update. Both free-text service lines nevertheless display 25% mark rates, with unit prices 106.66667 and 53.33333, line totals EUR106.67 and EUR53.33, and a proposal total of EUR160. The observed defect is contradictory failure feedback after the requested recalculation. This case covers proposals; orders and invoices were not exercised.

All three customers remain selected, but only Brand planning remains selected as a project. Website design and Content review disappear from the selection before Search is submitted, although their customers remain selected. The replay changes the customer selection only; it does not deselect either project.

The native request fails with HTTP 412. The interface shows no error message, reloads the list, clears both selections, and restores the filter toolbar. All three issues remain open (3 Open, 0 Closed). A browser-console error is not feedback visible to the person using the list.

The Content column shows small workspace as "1 photo" and "0.0 MB", while empty workspace shows "0 photos" and the same "0.0 MB" storage value.

The app navigates from the All products list to the detail page for the product row under the gesture instead of only scrolling the list.
